Delphos

Delphos is a London-based AI composition platform built by father-and-son founders Roman and Ilya Tolchenov (Ilya is a mathematician, composer and trained singer). Its core idea is the "soundworld": a standalone generator trained on a creator's own stems, which only the copyright owner controls, and which can then produce loops, beats, MIDI, stems and full tracks in that creator's style. The current product centers on Delphos Copilot, a composition assistant pitched at automating the repetitive labor in music work, with a Looper, a Composer, a soundworld library, custom workflows and an MCP server for plugging into other AI tools. It is instrumental-only for now, citing legal complexity around voices, and users keep 100% of the copyright on what they generate. The company takes a hard line against training on unlicensed music, and it powers beatworld.ai, a self-serve beat portal launched with producer Zaytoven's team.
