Creators mostly use it through Google Flow, a filmmaking tool built around Veo (separate from Google Flow Music), and through the Gemini app, with access and credits tied to Google AI subscriptions. Everyone gets some free daily Flow credits, and developers can call it through the Gemini API at a per-second price. Several third-party apps like Higgsfield and Hailuo also resell Veo access.
