iZotope Neutron

Neutron is iZotope's mixing counterpart to Ozone. Its Mix Assistant listens to each track and suggests a starting chain of EQ, compression, exciter and transient shaping, and it can set relative levels across a whole session based on a focus you choose. Visual masking tools show where instruments collide in frequency and help carve space between them. Neutron 5 is included in both iZotope subscription tiers and also sold on its own. Like Ozone, it now sits under Boris FX after iZotope left Native Instruments in July 2026.
