Neutone

Real-time AI timbre transfer in your DAW.

Neutone began at Japanese music tech lab Qosmo in 2022 and spun off as its own company. Its Morpho plugin does real-time timbre transfer, so you can hum or play one sound and hear it come out as strings, percussion, voice or textures, with models trained for the job. It works in Ableton, Logic, Bitwig, Studio One and Cubase, and Neutone also publishes an open SDK so researchers can wrap their own models as plugins. There's a free demo with a few models and a paid full version.
