Vocaloid is the singing-synthesis software that launched a global culture of virtual singers, and version 6 from Yamaha runs on VOCALOID:AI for more natural, expressive voices. You write melody and lyrics and shape each note, and a single voicebank can sing in Japanese, English and Chinese. VOCALO CHANGER lets you sing a line and have a voicebank reproduce your phrasing, and there's a doubling tool for instant harmonies, ARA2 support in DAWs, and MIDI export. It includes older VOCALOID5 voices and 2,000-plus phrases, with more voicebanks sold separately.
