DLayman is a composer, musician, educator, and writer working at the intersection of experimental electronic music, classical composition, and emerging technology. With more than four decades of composing behind him and advanced training in electronic and computer music, his work moves freely through industrial, EBM, breakbeat, jungle, trip-hop, post-punk, and contemporary classical traditions. A co-host of the AI Underground’s AI Factory, DLayman approaches AI as a compositional laboratory: another instrument for exploring form, sound, narrative, and the increasingly strange relationship between human creativity and machines.
