ONCE is a Nashville-based distributor for both human-recorded and AI-generated music, and it replaces release forms with a chat agent that gathers metadata, scans audio against Vobile's copyright library in real time, and submits the release. It prices per release with no subscription, and AI tracks cost a dollar more: about $0.92 of each $2 AI fee goes to its Artist Compensation Fund, currently paid to music nonprofits, with a stated plan to move toward direct payments to artists. It also offers free music generation (OMG) and a public MCP server so releases can be submitted from Claude or ChatGPT.
